Required items and installation
A seat must be purchased separately: SS124#01 SoftClose, or a compatible WASHLET+ seat. The installer must provide the appropriate water-supply connection and floor seal. Verify site requirements before installation.
Standard rough-in is 12". For a 10" rough-in use TSU03W.10R; for a 14" rough-in use TSU03W.14R. These adapters are optional alternatives, sold separately; neither is required for a standard 12" installation.
ADA compliance is for residential use when installed with the trip lever on the approach side; Auto Flush models also support the automatic-flush configuration described in the TOTO specification sheet.
