TOTO Aquia IV Cube WASHLET+ S5 Two-Piece Toilet - 1.28 / 0.9 GPF - Universal Height
This two-piece Aquia toilet has an elongated, fully skirted bowl and DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH. Its dual-flush system provides 1.28 / 0.9 GPF settings. Universal Height applies to this model.
- 12-inch rough-in supplied; optional 10-inch or 14-inch installation requires the matching UniFit adapter, sold separately.
- CEFIONTECT glaze on G-designated models; Ebony SKUs without G do not include CEFIONTECT.
- Chrome push-button flush control.
The included S5 WASHLET provides warm-water cleansing, a heated seat and warm-air drying. A remote control operates the WASHLET functions. Auto Flush is included only with SKUs whose component row lists THU855; other listed SKUs flush using the push button.

Required for installation
Confirm the rough-in and shut-off-valve clearance before ordering. Water supply line, floor seal and flange hardware are supplied separately as required by the installation instructions. Optional TSU48.10 and TSU48.14 UniFit adapters are for 10-inch and 14-inch installations respectively; do not add both as required items. A suitable 120 V GFCI-protected electrical outlet is required for the WASHLET. Follow the linked TOTO specification and installation documents for the selected SKU.
