Wow... These are fantastic...I actually purchased a second one for our Guest Bathroom.... Work super Fantastic... Warm Water... My Brother was having an case of the runs while taking care of our house and he swore by these Bidet's Afterwards. Highly Recommend it! Easy to Install. You just need Access to an Electrical Outlet. I will Never own a Home without one!

This problem is fine - but be sure that there is sufficient room to mount it. I bought one of these and I assumed that it would fit my toilet. Unfortunately, when I tried to mount it on my toilet, the space between the mounting holes was too close to the tank. Also, the neck width was such that the mounting device is wider than the neck.I was not able to return the bidet because I didn't get around to trying to mount it on the existing toilet within 30 days.I decided that the best plan was to replace the old toilet - and you can believe that I measured the new one! Costco had a new Kohler on sale for $230. Problem solved.

We've traveled to Japan several times and loved the bidets over there. So we had to have one. This is our 2nd Toto washlet. We have a more expensive model on our master toilet and wanted another one for a different bathroom. It works well and I actually like the remote on this one better. The one issue we have with it is that the seat will randomly get warm but it's not consistent at all. That is one of the features we were looking for most. Toto makes a great product but we can't figure out why it won't stay warm. I wish I knew why.

We were in Japan recently and found that the best hotels there had Toto toilets. They were amazing, so we decided to invest in a Toto Washlet C5 when we got home, and we’re glad we did. We had a licensed plumber install it (so we can’t comment on the ease of installation), but using it is easy and comforting. The controls are intuitive, allowing customization of water temperature, water pressure, and placement of the bidet jet for up to two users. The seat is heated, which makes middle of the night visits pleasant. Use of the bidet cuts down significantly on toilet paper use … and cost. It’s a great addition to the home.
