A wall-hung toilet changes the way a bathroom feels: the tank sits inside the wall, the bowl appears to float, and the floor beneath stays accessible for cleaning. The TOTO AP + Geberit Duofix Sigma kit pairs TOTO ceramic design with a concealed Geberit flushing system.

What is included in this kit?

Golzar Home’s listed configuration includes the TOTO AP CT426CFGT40#01 bowl, an SS124#01 SoftClose seat, the selected Geberit Duofix Sigma carrier and the selected Sigma flush plate. The standard seat is included; an electronic WASHLET is a separate upgrade.

The carrier options are 111.597.00.2 for 2×4 construction and 111.902.00.7 for 2×6 construction. Your selected variant determines which carrier and flush plate are supplied. You do not need to purchase both carrier sizes.

Why combine TOTO AP with Geberit?

The AP bowl has CEFIONTECT glaze to help reduce waste adhesion. Its wall-mounted form leaves the floor open, while the concealed system keeps the tank out of sight. Geberit’s published compatibility chart lists the CT426CFGT40#01 with the 111.597 and 111.902 carrier families in its 1.28/0.8 GPF section.

Choose the carrier before the wall is finished

Start by sharing the installation drawings with your plumber. Wall framing is one consideration; finished wall build-up, drain routing, mounting height and connection positions also need review. Decide on the seat height before the carrier is installed, rather than treating it as an adjustment to make after tiling.

Choose the flush plate alongside your other visible finishes. Keep a record of the final kit SKU so your installer can match the supplied components to the approved plan.

Can this replace a floor-mounted toilet?

It can be considered as part of a renovation, but it requires a different installation approach. Ask your contractor to assess the framing and plumbing work before selecting the kit. Installation labour and site-specific finishing materials are outside the listed package.
