Warranty Information
Rubinet Warranty: Rubinet offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the mechanical and operational aspects of its faucets, as well as on its Chrome and PVD finishes, for the original purchaser in a residential setting. Other finishes typically have a warranty period of 10 years, while specific components like cartridges, hoses, and showerheads may have varying warranty durations (often 10 years or less). How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
For addresses outside the GTA, orders over $1000 qualify for free shipping.
