Geberit Carrier + TOTO Wall-Hung Toilet + WASHLET: Complete Parts and Package Guide
Yes: the specified TOTO AP WASHLET+ bowl can be paired with the Geberit Sigma carrier families used in our packages. A working installation also needs the correct WASHLET, seat connection components, bidet water-supply accessories, compatible flush plate and planned electrical service. Bowl compatibility alone does not specify the whole bidet installation.
This guide breaks down the actual Bathroom Supplier AP packages and separates their included components from the work and materials your installer supplies. It is intended for Canadian homeowners, designers and installers planning the system before the wall is closed.
Start with three separate systems
- Support and toilet flushing: the Geberit frame, concealed tank, inlet/waste connections and matching actuator.
- The visible toilet: the TOTO AP wall-hung ceramic bowl and its compatible seat mounting.
- Personal cleansing: the TOTO WASHLET, its electrical supply and the specified water-connection components.
This separation helps avoid a common ordering mistake: buying a carrier, bowl and electronic seat and assuming every hose, valve and control connection will automatically be included. Our listed WASHLET packages include additional components; a bowl-only or basic-seat package has a different scope.
Which TOTO bowl and Geberit carrier are specified?
| Component | Exact model in these packages | Selection |
|---|---|---|
| TOTO AP WASHLET+ bowl | CT426CFGT40#01 | Cotton White |
| Geberit Duofix Sigma, 2×4 | 111.597.00.2 | For the selected 2×4 wall configuration |
| Geberit Duofix Sigma, 2×6 | 111.902.00.7 | For the selected 2×6 wall configuration |
| Specified flush rating | 1.28 / 0.8 US GPF | 4.8 / 3 litres per flush |
Geberit's Clean Design compatibility chart, page 4 lists CT426CFGT40#01 with the 111.597 and 111.902 families at this flush rating. Read the complete part number: a similar frame size does not prove that a different tank, flush rating or bowl is the same approved combination.
The 2×4 carrier specification and 2×6 carrier specification are the starting documents for wall depth, anchoring, installation dimensions and bowl-height planning. “2×4” and “2×6” describe different framing configurations; your installer must check the actual cavity and finished-wall construction.
Choose a complete package

Images show the 2×4 / Sigma01 Alpine White configuration. Choose the required carrier and plate on each product page. Photos illustrate the main components; the full supplied-parts list is below.
Each link below opens the relevant package. Select the carrier size and plate option on that page; the displayed SKU and price identify that configuration. Alternative carrier sizes and plate finishes are choices, not extra items to add to the same order.
| Package | Included WASHLET | Included TOTO connection component | Example price, CAD |
|---|---|---|---|
| AP + S2 + Geberit | SW3346#01 | THU805 | $2,545.43 |
| AP + S5 + Geberit | SW3446#01 | THU805 | $2,745.43 |
| AP + S7 + Geberit | SW4726AT40#01 | THU859 | $3,663.26 |
| AP + S7A + Geberit | SW4736AT40#01 | THU859 | $3,768.98 |
Price examples were checked November 5, 2026 for 2×4 carrier + Sigma01 Alpine White plate 115.770.11.5, before tax and installation. They are not a promise of immediate stock. Changing the carrier or plate changes the selected configuration and may change the price.

Full parts checklist: what the WASHLET packages include
The current four WASHLET package descriptions list the following components. If purchasing separately, use this as a quotation checklist and verify the selected combination before ordering.
| Required role | Listed component | How it is supplied |
|---|---|---|
| Wall-hung ceramic bowl | CT426CFGT40#01 | One bowl in each listed package |
| Electronic bidet seat | SW3346#01, SW3446#01, SW4726AT40#01 or SW4736AT40#01 | One seat, determined by the S2/S5/S7/S7A package |
| Concealed tank and support frame | 111.597.00.2 or 111.902.00.7 | One carrier, determined by wall-size selection |
| Toilet-flush control | Selected Geberit Sigma plate | One plate in the chosen model/finish; for example Sigma01 115.770.11.5 |
| WASHLET connection | THU805 for listed S2/S5 packages; THU859 for listed S7/S7A packages | The component assigned to the selected package |
| Bidet water-supply accessory | Geberit 249.801.00.1 | Listed in all four WASHLET packages |
| Additional bidet water-supply hose | Geberit 243.173.00.1 | Listed in all four WASHLET packages |
Do not buy these listed accessories twice. The package pages already include them in their component lists. When comparing a quote elsewhere, check that it includes the same items rather than comparing the bowl/seat/carrier subtotal with a more complete package.
The connection-kit assignments above describe our current store packages; they are not a universal substitution chart for every TOTO carrier, WASHLET generation or Geberit routing arrangement. Manufacturer system diagrams may show different carrier families or connection approaches. Have your installer reconcile the supplied parts with the exact seat manual and approved routing before work starts.
What still needs to be planned or supplied on site?
- Framing and anchoring: the wall structure, supports and installation work suitable for the selected carrier.
- Building drainage and water services: the site connections, isolation arrangement and any adapters required by the approved installation.
- Electrical installation: a properly positioned, grounded and protected supply meeting the chosen WASHLET's instructions and local requirements.
- Wall finishing: board, waterproofing where applicable, tile, finishing materials and the specified clearances around access openings.
- Labour and testing: plumbing, electrical work, leak checks, fixture commissioning and finishing.
The packages are supplied as a coordinated selection of components, not as a promise that every building material needed in every bathroom is in the boxes. Ask for the carrier's supplied-parts list and your installer's separate materials schedule. Use the component instructions to identify any model-specific mounting or finishing items before the wall closes.
Which WASHLET should you choose?
S2: controls on the seat
The S2 specification identifies an attached arm control, instantaneous warm-water heating, heated seating, drying, deodorization, PREMIST and wand EWATER+ cleaning. Choose it when you prefer controls directly beside the seat; check arm clearance against nearby cabinetry or walls.
S5: remote operation
The S5 specification lists a wireless remote and memory settings for up to four users, alongside warm-water cleansing and comfort functions. Choose it when remote access is more useful to your household than an attached control arm.
S7: a premium remote-controlled option
The S7 specification lists wand-and-bowl EWATER+ treatment, remote memory and a five-temperature dryer. Compare it with S5 using the functions you value rather than assuming a higher model number changes the carrier or bowl.
S7A: adds an automatic lid
The S7A specification adds touchless lid opening and closing. That lid function is separate from toilet flushing. For a more detailed seat comparison, see our S2, S5, S7 and S7A buying guide.
Important: TOTO auto-flush is not included with these Geberit packages
These packages use the chosen Geberit flush plate to operate the concealed tank. Geberit's compatibility chart states that the TOTO auto-flush function is incompatible/disabled for the listed combinations. The S7A's automatic lid remains a separate seat feature. A WASHLET described as auto-flush-capable does not make this Geberit package automatically flush. Official compatibility note.
If hands-free flushing is essential, specify it as a separate system requirement before ordering. Do not add a generic sensor plate or a TOTO auto-flush kit and assume compatibility; obtain a documented Geberit control solution for the exact tank and installation.
Installation sequence: resolve the details before tiling
- Record the complete order. Put the bowl, WASHLET, carrier, plate and accessory codes on one schedule. Confirm the delivered labels match it.
- Approve the layout. Agree on bowl height relative to finished floor level, room clearances, wall build-up, control access and any seat-arm clearance.
- Coordinate water and power together. Draw the planned supply route and outlet location using the exact component manuals. Decide which connections will be visible, concealed and accessible.
- Install and check the carrier. Complete anchoring, drainage and tank supply according to its instructions. Have the installer verify the flush setting for the documented bowl combination.
- Inspect before closing the wall. Complete the required leak/pressure checks, verify the accessory route and preserve access to service points. Photograph the installation and labels.
- Finish and commission. Follow the prescribed pipe preparation and bowl fixing process, install the selected seat, and test flushing, washing, controls and any automatic lid.
Use this sequence for planning and handover. The manufacturer's instructions determine the actual installation procedure, dimensions, electrical requirements and torque settings.
What if you want WASHLET later?
The AP + Geberit kit with SS124#01 SoftClose seat is a different package. It includes the listed bowl, carrier, flush plate and standard seat; it is not an electronic WASHLET package.
If future bidet use is likely, plan the future water route, power and accessible connections during the initial renovation. A WASHLET+ bowl alone does not guarantee a later upgrade without opening a finished wall. Recheck the future seat's compatibility and required accessories when purchasing it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a TOTO in-wall tank when buying these packages?
No. The selected Geberit Sigma carrier and concealed tank provide support and flushing. Do not add a second TOTO carrier or a TOTO push plate to the listed Geberit package.
Are THU805 and THU859 interchangeable?
Do not assume so. Our current S2/S5 packages list THU805; S7/S7A packages list THU859. Confirm the exact seat and routing before substituting a component.
Does the carrier price normally include a flush plate?
A carrier sold separately and a store package can have different inclusions. The linked packages include the selected plate; compare the actual bill of materials.
Can I use any wall-hung TOTO bowl?
This guide specifies CT426CFGT40#01. For another bowl, check its exact code, approved carrier pairing, flush volume and WASHLET connection requirements.
Is this a single-manufacturer factory package?
No. Bathroom Supplier assembles this selection of TOTO and Geberit components. Keep each manufacturer's manuals and warranty information for the relevant component.
